Under the “1+1” study mode, students undertake a two-year program structure. - Citizenship: Applicants must be citizens of countries other than the People’s Republic of China and must be under the age of 45, in good mental and physical health.
- Educational Background and Work Experience: Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree or higher and possess a minimum of three years of work experience. Preference will be given to those with professional training or work experience relevant to the proposed program.
- Category Eligibility: Applicants must fit into one of the following categories:
- Government officials at the division chief level (or equivalent) or above.
